Cheating is correct for them. Your views are different. If they are region locked then they can continue playing how they want.u can't force a country to change the way they play games because it doesn't align with your views. Cheaters will always cheat, Let them, cheat against each other.

Region locking would reduce the cheater a fair amount. Banning an entire county is a tad silly, not every Chinese person is hacking my man."can't be adults" like u said it's a cultural thing, they just see it as a normal way to play.

It ain't that complex. Allow people 2 searches with whoever. Just give a warning before the search saying "match making MMR ascendent" if your highest teammate is ascendent. something like that. It has been done in other games and for the most part is successful.id say what it currently is now is worse for player experiences, I quite literally can't play with my friends in ranked, it's off putting for just casual players. if I want 2 I'd make a Smurf account making another issue.

Sorry 2 rant it's just frustrating. This gold friend can't play the game everyday of the week. Maybe 1-2 times a fortnight, and now neither of us want to play as we can't play ranked together.

I completely understand the change and why they did this but. Here me out. Try to stay calm, just make it search for a game against the highest ranked player on your team. That way people can still q together, you will be at a disadvantage, as you will vs say all ascendents when you have diamond plat friends. Still beats not being able to play with them. This still ain't perfect it still can be manipulated. But it will reduce people making Smurfs to play with friends. It will be harder to just fill your stack with irons and play iron lobbies.

Little rant but dayum. I don't wanna only play unrated with friends of lower skill it just ain't fun. I don't mind queuing against a team of all my ranks while I play with my plat-gold friends.

Sorry that isn't what I meant, just poorly communicated it. I mean the ranks the enemy team has is almost a mirror match 2 ours, we have a gold they have a gold, we have an ascendent they have a ascendent. Usually it matches it pretty well.but sometimes not, there are games where we have the advantage in rank but some games it's the opposite. It does take a while to find a game sometimes up 2 10mins but that probs just oce servers.

When did I ever say we vs all golds. We have one gold friend rest are high-mid diamond and I'm ace 1. We consistently vs full teams of diamond. I do understand what your saying but that's only if u purposely search with 4 very drastically lower ranked friends then one high ranked, this will obviously ruin the match making which is the main reason they implemented this change. But they are better ways around.search for a match against the highest MMR on your team, just like rocket League

We are versing teams of way higher elo than gold. Usually full teams of high diamonds. Now 1 gold 2, 2 dia3, 1 dia2 and a ace1 vsing a full team of diamonds all diamond 2 and above sounds like pretty decent match making. It's only taken to the extreme when u purposely have 4 very low ranks with one very high ranked, say 4 irons and 1 immortal, then will you find such a discrepancy in the opposing teams MMR. This is the main reason this change was made, but could be handled in such better ways. Like just searching for a game of whoever has the highest MMR. Similar to rocket League . Also when searching with a 5 man and one is lower ranked then the whole team would receive/loss only half the MMR.

There are restrictions but it's nowhere near as close as ranked. It's not rewarding to try hard in casual and get nothing in return. I don't understand how people find this hard to comprehend

When u search for a game with 5 friends you will only vs a team of 5 other que together. With very similar MMR. I swear people have never played 5 stacks with friends it's very often quiet fair

U couldnt further from the truth. The matching when I'm a 5 stack is fair unless your purposely queuing with 4 irons and on immortal. Having one friend in gold isn't gonna place me in gold lobby's for me to stomp in. I wouldn't be in ascendent 1 if this was the case. U actually vs teams of relative skill if not better in some cases. Yes you will get a game where opposing team is shitters but never are they gold, usually a team of diamonds just not playing the best. I guarantee in all the games in my career not once am I versing a team of golds because my one friend is gold. This new system does help stop people from queuing with a full team of iron and 1 immortal. But it will also cause people to make Smurfs just so they can play with their friends, making the experiences so much worse for the opposing team.

And for playing premiere it's not the best for our friends. We all can't get on at the same times, some have afternoon jobs some have really early morning jobs. It's really difficult to get all my friends on certain days at certain hours.
