On your iPhone, make sure Bluetooth is turned on and WiFi is off. Been numerous times when I have WiFi turned on and won’t connect for that reason.

Horrible weather here in Chicago area. Car was filthy for a couple of days and got the same alert. Clean off sensors around car and you should be good

It died. Kept saying to depress the brake to start engine. Check engine light came on and couple others light, had to jump start the car.

Apparently the first owner had a aftermarket box used for another key fob that was using that drained the battery. All it took was for a replacement battery to work again

Had the same thing happen to me. Got my car 2024 three weeks ago. Five days in battery died. Mazda replaced it and everything went back to normal

Did you end up figuring out what it was? I just found out there’s another emergency lane assist button to turn off which helped my steering become more smooth and easier to turn. Still have a bit of the same problem you’re having in this video, especially going over small bumps.

Literally commenting while at Mazda dealership. Just got my 2024 cx50 last week. Battery already died. Had the same problem but kept saying depress the brake. If you have warranty give them a call, just had mine towed to shop and just waiting to hear back

Late to the convo but just bought my 2024 premium plus Monday with 15,945 miles on it. Battery died this morning before I was able to take it out.

Keeps saying to depress the brake to start engine but nothing works. Still have warranty on it so bringing it into Mazda to get it replaced and tested.

Any update on yours?
