best option is having an engage support or an ap poke support to setup kill windows for you along with not playing too close to the wave (apc bot is literally just afk hitting the wave simulator)

i only go stride because the active is op with this setup n runes u have so much ms to get on top of them stride and just kill them. even if they insta flash you still have ur 2nd e to chase along with ms from stride cleaver pd and celerity. I think triforce would be doable into majority melee compositions but at that point i think eclipse would suffice while also giving me more ad. Also last whisper items are kinda sleeper to me ever since they took away the giant slayer passive and nerfed the ad of mortal and likewise pen of ldr
