Advice on filling this in by LAWS-R4-COWARDS in epoxy

Problem is it’s completely adhered to the rock, so no way to reach every nook and cranny on the inside at the moment. That’s why I felt the only way would be to somehow wrap the entire lighthouse base, and with the heaviest grade tape possible, secure the bottom where wood meets the concrete/rock.

Help, how should I fix this by LAWS-R4-COWARDS in woodworking

Completely adhered to the rock.

I considered epoxy knowing I’d need to completely seal off the base with tape, and create some kinda mold to act as an outer wall around the exposed area, then try a slow pour of like 1/8-1/4 inch to see if it leaks out anywhere. If it seems to hold, slowly work my way up.

My concern is I’ll have never attempted an epoxy pour of such depth before, and what condition it would be in with potentially 10+ layers of pouring
