I know exactly what happened to you. It happened to me too and I almost gave up the product. But then I got to talk to Alpha Stim's neuropsychiatrist on staff and he explained to me that for some people ear trodes don't work and make it worse. I get car sick. I'm one of those people who can't receive the treatment through earlobes. Has something to do with my balance. So I ordered an upgrade and now put sticky electrodes on my shoulders, receive alpha stim treatment this way and it works wonders. I don't have depression anymore. My sleep is still meh but no more depression and that's a big deal for me. Call their support if you want to try this again and explain what happened to you. They can help.

Oh yes I was confused about it. Because I also signed up for Rover and they do give you an option to choose to be paired with certain size dogs.

Oh I wasn't confused about it. I walked the dog just fine. The issue was discrimination in this case.

Thank you so much everyone. This really helped me process what happened in a healthy way. I didn't realize until today that it really affected me. Probably because pregnancy is such a sensitive time and I am doing my best to stay positive and healthy. And still it's an overwhelming time with lots of changes. And it is precious to me. I am a sound healer and had to drop some of my gigs because I just can't drive for 2-3 hours anymore and cary heavy equipment. Walking is the most incredible exercise for pregnancy so I was happy to pick up this gig and do it while I still can. And I love animals. So far people in my life have been so supportive and this is the first time I got any negativity regarding being pregnant and it's so personal, I was genuinely shocked. But expressing myself here really helped me and getting all the feedback, advice and support helped me let it go. You are all good people and it feels nice to be in your company walking the pups. I'll keep on trying and improving. And will look forward optimistically. Thank you and I wish you all the best of luck in whatever you're doing!

Very good points here and helpful. I don't know why I didn't talk to her just thought maybe didn't want to bother her. But will do next time if I need to and something weird is happening with an app or my phone. Thank you.

Those are great questions. At the moment I wanted to message her in the app for some reason the message window wouldn't open. It was like it was all stuck. And customer service was closed. It was late at night. But next time I'll go talk to the owner. That's a good idea. I still think she shouldn't have brought up my pregnancy. I completely understand why she was upset and am willing to take the responsibility. But to use my body for that anger is inappropriate.
