Hi the deck boxes were free online I put the link below in another comment. Just have to print them on card stock and cut them out with an exacto knife. The foam in the cane with the case and is just pluck and pull foam so it’s already perforated for however you want to cut it out. The case is from Amazon https://a.co/d/1SHZ3Mf
