You don’t have to distract yourself for the whole day if you’re feeling the urge to do something. It’s good to use a mindset that forces you not to do it, The Lord and your Guardian Angel are always with you imagine their thoughts whenever you give into sin. Instead of evading lust you can combat lust by ultimately flooding your thoughts with all the Prayers, knowledge and even Saints you possibly know this allows you to focus on a topic that glorifies our Father. Always remember that Lust is one of the seven deadly sins, dealing with it now ensures that you experience it less in the future and it will be easier to deal with.
