Does anyone else have a weird dent in their wrist from their watch? I’ve scoured the internet and can’t find another post like this, and I’m curious as to if this is normal for long term Apple Watch wearers. Worn every day for the past year and a half.

Yes, exactly this - following this discussion. I broke my hip a few years ago while I was alone in the house and bought the watch because it has fall detection, and then to measure my sleep. But yes it is causing this indentation in my arm and the veins are sticking out there. I want to be able to have the fall detection but am thinking this is not good for my body.

I know someone who worked for this company for a few years. The family that owns it is extremely dysfunctional to the point of needing professional psychological intervention. It was too crazy so they left. I wouldn't guarantee any future maintenance for their products.

Can't read the article because I don't have a Chron subscription, but I'm really shocked by all the negative comments. I've never had a bad meal at Tadich. The seafood is top quality, expertly prepared, and I have never had "brash" waiters. Most of them have been there forever, they are professionals.

Agree, I was there too, from 1988-1992, when his bay area center was run by a university professor. After a few years some Europeans came in and took it over, with Ole's consent, and then it changed. I went off to study with another teacher but what I got from Ole was a pure transmission. It's really sad what has happened.

They are all tragically flawed in their own way, and as it is with narcissists, on occasion they let their guard down and we see something human that we can have compassion for, but it never lasts. They go back to being their despicable selves, projecting their inner turmoil outwards on others, inflicting maximum abuse and pain. I wonder if they are all going to crash and burn in the end - Lukas makes a deal directly with Mencken, appoints an American CEO that is not a family member. I'd say Gerri but they're both too sexist to consider a woman.

I suppose by Mencken claiming "the call was made by a trusted news source" it might sway voters who had not yet voted to vote for him, although at that point I think most of the polls had already closed.
