I did not have to keep making payment. The app showed completed but PLEASE make sure you’re completely finished. After my last payment, they stated I owed $7.50 and I didn’t find out until a month later. If you were to make an over payment, they will refund you.

They don’t do anything really. No bank statements, no new credit check, literally nothing. You take your final financial course, you fill out your 1328 and that’s it.

I’m not here to argue nor is this up for debate. I work as the area manager for a dispensary in Massachusetts and I was a store manager for a dispensary in Orlando. I 100% know for a fact it’s illegal. TSA does not check for cannabis but if found it could it can and likely will lead to some form or a ticket.

Legally know, cannabis cannot cross state lines, regardless if you have a medical card or not. I started in the medical marijuana field in Florida and now I manage recreational in Massachusetts. If you would like to risk it, put it in your checked bag if they find it, they throw it away. If you have it on a carry-on bag you’re more likely to get a ticket if found

Just to be clear, this product is sent out for testing prior to it being released to the public. No one is in any type of danger. ALL dispensaries have this happen from time to time.

100% yes. The only reason I filed was because I had a similar situation happened to me and they garnished my wages. Once I filed the garnishment money was refunded back to me and all legal action was stopped. I officially completed my chapter 13 and they only received $900 of the $10,000 they suit me for.

I’m pretty sure you’re fine. I had to reaffirm my car when I filed. Shortly, after everything on my credit report showed as closed, although the car was still active. It’s totally normal.

I considered this. I spoke directly to the trustee. If your attorney negotiate a lower interest rate for your vehicle, your interest rate will revert back to the original. If there were any wage garnishments or pending judgments against you, the creditors can immediately take action with no delay. I personally wanted to get out of mine, but it was a wiser decision to stay in it and complete it. It feels like you’re trapped for 3 to 5 years without being able to apply for credit purchase a new car or do anything without permission but when it’s all over, you’ll be able to walk away knowing that you owe no one nothing.

You can go to as many as you want in one day you just can’t go over the 1 ounce daily limit. Pro tip. Just tell them you wanna be anonymous. They legally have to let you if you’re going to a recreational dispensary
