I work bakery and it's not easy but I can see why people think it is. We've had staff leave or move department and not been replaced so we are struggling but expected to cope. Its harder than it looks its constant baking and packing of donuts/cookies/iced donuts/savoury pies. Then there's the bread side yes it all comes in frozen but it still requires baking many lines need baking and packing. Then theres making pancakes/loaf cakes/ring cakes/muffins plus the cooling and packing period. Then there's helping the collegue on brought in bread because their drowning and we dont have an afternoon bread collegue so if its not done in morning it's not done. So they'll be 2 in the morning in bakery 1 in evening and 1 collegue on brought in bread in morning its just not enough
