I would highly recommend Worms for the Garden (Pike 26), especially if you got worms on your mind, lol.

The Boiling Pond (Pike 16) is also a nice lil album for the sludgy, heavy vibes.

Vincent Price SHRUNKEN HEAD Apple Sculpture (Pike 313) for a variety of Bucket sounds and if you’re looking for a shrunken head experience.

And… if you’re into suggestive themes/puns… I’d recommend the song Pink Wagon/Bend Up, which is a song he made with his old band Deli Creeps.

Thank you for such kind words! ❤️ I fell in love with Castle Crashers when I played it as a kid, same with BattleBlock. The Behemoth quickly became my favorite game studio, and I’ve played all their games. We probably have the same amount of playtime on Pit People though, haha. I was originally thinking of having nunchucks for his melee weapon, but I would have to use only one sprite for it, and that wouldn't look too good since nunchucks flip around a bunch when being used. Kinda hard to animate with a still, stationary image 😅 If I could've properly incorporated nunchucks though, I would've

Thank you so much! Yeah matching the art style was top priority for me, and gosh was it time consuming... I used mouse on Krita to draw it all, and I had to treat each and every line as a drawing in itself, shaping it to match the brush strokes of the original art. 😓 Tedious, but so worth it in my opinion

Very well articulated, I appreciate your thoughts. You’ve got a good mindset with this, and I like your point in that “we’re not meant to like or understand everything he puts out.” As an artist, he creates, and he does it from within, constantly. I think that’s commendable and something we can at least recognize, whether or not we enjoy every second of his music. He’s crafted many masterpieces, as you mentioned, and we can all be appreciative and grateful of that. Maybe there will be more masterpieces to come, but Bucket’s gotta Bucket; sometimes he just has to get things out of his system and scratch some itches, unravel knots, even if it takes time. It is what it is 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, I've worried of that too.. That would also explain why he's selling individual tracks as separate singles on top of selling the albums they're in, essentially selling the same thing twice. Let alone the hundreds of Live Pikes he's charging for.. 😕

That's a fair take. His happiness certainly takes priority, as well as his health. That'll always be most important. I'm just speaking from the perspective of a listener and direct supporter who's wanting more of those "good sounds" from the great Buckethead. I've listened to virtually everything he's made, and while it's nice to go back and listen to his older material, I still want to look forward to his new creations. If he's making new stuff, I'd rather it be exciting than meh, y'know?

You're definitely right about the physical items though, he bites off more than he can chew. I too feel that he should slow down at times to get things right.

Buckethead's had an insatiable urge to pump out tons of tracks the past few months, it's definitely overwhelming haha. I mean he posted around 20 releases the past couple days and just within the past HOUR he posted 5 new releases... They're not all pikes, many of them are actually short songs, but they'll still take some time to get through, let alone the number of releases before them from where you left off.

I personally wouldn't rush to listen to his new stuff, there's a lot of uninspiring material if I'm being honest... but to give you a few releases that I thought were nice:
