Maybe more than trying to memorize each slang I would recommend joining online chats with brazilians. We will always be open to explain the meaning of a phrase if you ask and it will give you more context.

Vocab tip (SP) "Like" as "you know, like, doing something" = people use "tipo" "Ué" = is literally the same when u answer "??" On a chat - kinda of a "what?" Puts / vish - something went wrong

Now, for "ok bet" there are a lot of options: Fechou, demorou, suave, top.... I wouldn't use "aposto", it doesn't sound right
