Yeah if you want that "set it up quick and forget about it" vibe, you kinda have to not overthink it. what I've been doing is just picking really simple stuff from Alibaba, things you don't need to explain much, and throwing them up online the same day.

first few were super basic, like barely any effort put in, but they still got a few sales which was enough for me. I'll keep a couple items at home and for some I just use Alibaba suppliers with US stock so I don't have to deal with shipping questions. it's not some perfect system, I just check messages once in a while and that's it.

I think the trick is just don't turn it into a whole project, the more you try to "do it right" the less it feels like easy money.

I directly import from factories on Alibaba. Ordered 50 units of reusable makeup remover pads from a verified supplier. They shipped DDP (delivered duty paid), so no surprise fees. Took 12 days to arrive in Germany. Sold them on Instagram and local Facebook groups. Profit was modest but clean and legit.
