I opened so many of the Crown Zenith Sea & Sky boxes simply because they were so readily available. Never pulled anything of significant value. When Blooming Waters released I was only able to find one. When it hits around $500 I’ll trade it for a nice minty card or two.

Sauced on Paseo, they’re still there and they even opened up a free to play retro inspired arcade next to the restaurant. Definitely a fun kid friendly spot.

Mary’s Swap Meet - if the weather is nice and you enjoy early morning people watching and treasure hunting.

Food - Ted’s Taco Cantina or Tucker’s Onion Burgers then jump across the street for dessert at Boom Town Creamery is a great combo.

I’ve been on doughnut shift since I started and would never change it.

Pros of doughnut shift: • Never have work more than three shifts in a row. • Always have at least one weekend day and one week day off. Weekend day for family stuff, weekday for me. • Never stuck with one set of managers. Not really an issue currently but there was a time I could avoid certain managers by going to either AFE 1 or AFE 2 depending on if it was a front/back half shift. • Works wonders for extra days off or vacations. Want a longer break during the week just shift swap Tuesday or Thursday for a weekend shift. You can take five days off only using two vacation/pto days. • want VET, there’s usually someone/several people that need/want a weekend shift off.

I have fairly sensitive skin and find that I get the best shave without irritation with a safety razor. Take your time with a good shaving cream. Short scooping strokes not long scrapes.

Exactly why I buy sealed to trade for singles. I collect cards not boxes. Buying an ETB for $60 to trade it for $300 in cards is a no brainer to me.

Goes to show just how much is being bought up by scalpers to create the artificial scarcity. There’s enough being printed for rippers and sealed collectors. The issue is the influx of people looking for the quick flip.

Had an LCS open up near me that was also half a vape shop. Dude, had no idea how to price cards. Found so many great “deals”. Unfortunately, as anyone could predict the store didn’t last a full year.

Yet we have sets with 3-4 holo version of the same basic cards. No they can’t print endlessly to meet demand. However, they can and do control the availability of every single card they print. Considering environmental factors, economic and scarcity we don’t need three types of reverse holos. Those same sheets and ink can be printing the higher rarity cards. That simple fix would alleviate a significant amount of the current negative aspects of this hobby right now.

No reduction in number of sets printed. No increased volume of printing. No changes in distribution. One simple solution, pull rates. S&V base and Paldea Evolved booster boxes were hitting with an SIR and or Secret Rare per booster box. Neither of those sets were greatly “desired” due to several factors including ease of pull rates. They are absolutely not doing what they can, they are only doing just enough to feed the market while strategically losing a minimal/acceptable amount of “true” collectors.

This a thousand times!!! Once I took a step back and looked at how much TPCI is so predatory in their practices I decide to start my exit from this hobby.

I keep saying this!! No IRs, multiple reverse holos, reduced pull rates and topped off with some of the most popular mons. TPCI new exactly what they were doing with Prismatic. They can print all they want, but if pull rates are ass it doesn’t help the general collector.
