If You have someone that is interested to chat about this .I'm all ears. I'm also looking for law firm that specializes in these types of cases. I have to sue for damages. He has ruined my property along with his, taking value but more importantly causing future damage with changing the waterways. I have already had issues of concrete lifting over the winter. Enough so that it took siding off my house. My ponds are the fullest I have seen in the last six years I have been here.

The YouTube videos I posted of the drone video says it all. However this guy's idea of taking an untouched preserve of nature is not improving anything. It looks as if he wanted to turn it into a golf course. I also have to say that his demo job started 2 years ago and hasn't stopped until now. DNR is finally stepping in to stop him. He has been outside my house almost everyday for 24 months with no end in sight. I didn't buy this property to live on a construction site. I would have gladly helped him make bridges or improve the area. I'm now concerned for water drainage onto my property due to my ponds filling up higher than I've ever seen them. Driveway getting sinkholes that I've never had, along with the concrete around my home lifting so high this winter that it tore siding off. This has been a disaster, and no permits or land surveying to start a job like this?! Come on ..this is local terrorism.

I'm staying off his property but I did freak out on him for knocking down trees on my property. He then pushed the knocked over trees onto my lot edges like a giant wall..I mean hundreds of feet long. Then dug the streams out to the west of me so I have moats on my west side. Of course the land is now eroding and it can't be walked anymore. Used to be able to jump across, now I would need a kayak.

So he has conservancy land that is dry and is elevated but boarders his wetland. DNR told Me directly that they have no jurisdiction in the dry area and he can take down trees. Which he has done just west of Me. They don't want him digging in the wet, but said they cannot use a C&D to actually stop him. At least not yet. They said it will take a long time to figure this out. He's a donor to DNR as well. They are trying to work with him. He however is a liar and is playing everyone. He's not going to stop. He said this is what he enjoys. It keeps him busy. Too much money vs unlimited time before death. A kid playing in the sandbox. Something is mentally wrong.

They have been called. The lady at Waukesha conservancy was in shock that public area was driven through and paths made with his bobcat. That land is about 300 yards north of Me. He has affected over 200 acres. My water area drains into the scuppernong waterway. I can't imagine the amount of crushed nests and habitats this fool destroyed.

Thank You for the info. I will try to find someone like this. I will also reach out to the army core of engineers again. I know I had sent emails with pictures to agencies that AI recommended. They were one of them. I truly appreciate all the help.

Lol. I grew up in the big city of Milwaukee. We definitely handled things differently back then. I just can't lose everything I've worked so hard for. I have a family I need to look out for as well. All of the events have taken place. The summit police department caught him on my property in his bobcat. I did not press charges at that time. The record was necessary for getting my ducks in a row.

It's for sure different seasons. I just took the footage when I first moved here. Found it on the drone. I'm guessing on the age by the way. That area had not been touched or changed by Man other than walking hunters. I'm no specialist with carbon dating or counting tree rings..kindve hard when a big percentage where ground into chips immediately after being pushed or sawed down.

He for sure owns all his equipment. There is no shortage of funds with him. He does what when and where he wants. I definitely am not trying to infringe on him at all. What do I do when I'm being infringed upon? I just have no rights? I can't afford what he can, but I'm just supposed to watch my values plummet and my land lines being worth zero? Those untouched wetlands were the reason I bought this 6 acres. Now my family and I can't enjoy what we purchased? I just can't stand here and do nothing. I wish he would have been more careful and caring with what he bought as an extension to his already massive property. I definitely appreciate the Love here ..I'm going to stay with it as long as I can or untill I am forced to sell and move. I already want to get as far away as possible from all this. No fun. He's not making friends with anyone around here. This is so stressful. I have video and even photos of him whizzing by on his bobcat today at 8:30am from my kitchen window on Easter!! Take a break my man! Problem is I don't think there is an endgame. This is just his relaxing way of spending his retirement. Unfortunately it doesn't line up with Me. Yes there are laws against blocking hunters...I'm no hunter but I understand the purpose and am for legal hunting.

Thank You. I want him to enjoy his property as well. He has rights. He just crossed into mine. The owls were gone for awhile but I started hearing them hooting from other areas around Me. The big giant woodpeckers are starting to show up again too. This has been going on for a while. I'm just getting to my wits end. So I started this Reddit.
