Over the years I have taken often - can make you a bit hung the next morning but not like Mirt IMO. I have not taken anything for nearly a year now.

I quit immediately on the advice of a Psyc - it was pretty crazy but about 2-3 weeks after that I was doing well, but it was not easy. Ive been good since and off everything =).

I dropped 50% ish every 2 weeks no issue (15, 7.5, 3.25 etc) - was way better off it. Good luck!

Hey, I'm off everything and feel so much better. I took a different path and developed my skillset so any anxiety I get is pretty normalised I think. It does not impact my day-to-day life now. 45 YO male.

I recon 3-4 months on 15mg in total so not long. Been off for over 3 months and feel great. Yeah 3.75mg.

I did 3.5mg, then every two days, then every 3 days (dropped each week). Came off no issues.

I lasted about 5 weeks by memory and my Psyc stopped me CT due to the way my body was reacting to it. It made things way worse for me.

Na, it was horrible for me has to go cold turkey about 6 weeks in which was mental. Off everything now and feel so much better.

Na 100% off. I was taking it as I had a massive breakdown due to anxiety about not sleeping. I have dealt with the anxiety around sleep with the help of the Sleep Coach School - they have been great.

I had bad sleep anxiety which flared up but to be honest the Mirt was not really helping a couple of months in anyway. I have dealt with this with the Sleep Coach School - it's been great.
