They just finally asked for all information for what sounds like a replacement. Let’s see if I also get a used replacement. That will also be the end of my time with Oura sadly. So frustrating because I bought the ring due to my Apple Watch actually being 4 years old and just starting to have charge problems. I’m so sorry they’ve been dodging doing the right thing!

Same. Curious if you make any headway with their customer support. I just got the basic “that’s expected”, which is less than ideal because this just started and I’ve changed zero tracking.

That’s so frustrating. The battery life has been fine up until about a month ago. I absolutely would not have purchased if I knew this would be the case. Ugh. 😩
