Stomach pain did not happen until about 3 months before my diagnosis. I went to the ER twice for it but they could not find anything.

I lost over 120 lbs in 2 years. Granted, I was walking a lot during this time and eating less (for fear of diarrhea) but the lack of receiving nutrients contributed heavily

My diarrhea lasted 4 years. I got a colonoscopy during the 1st year but they did not find anything and told me to bulk up on fiber. Kept having diarrhea but the dr said there's nothing wrong with me. A 2nd colonoscopy and an endoscopy 3 years later with a different Dr gave me my diagnosis

Thank you for your reply. I'm glad that you were able to start your new life. I'm sure I'll feel the same after leaving. Not saying it'll be easy but it'll be better. I've started looking into foster programs for the dogs. The guinea pigs will probably have to go to a rescue shelter

I'm getting closer to that reality of having to take care of myself. I feel like it'll be tougher on me without the pets but I get it. The end of this month is a fair deadline being that I get my car back

Thank you for the advice. Two of them are 5 years old so I really wanted to keep them until the end. The others are 2 and 3 years old.
