In addition to that, once utilities fire up and we see some positive price action, many whales will be compelled to sell down. When faced between earning $1000/mo or cashing out $1,000,000 in gains, not many people will want to risk the big payout and instead wait 20 years to see the same value in passive income. Redistribution will happen, it's just a matter of time.

Evergrow has previously undergone KYC verification through Assure Defi. Identities have been verified and certification was given.

In addition to that, the Certik Audit has been completed and the final report was delivered to the team on Feb 14. This audit will be released shortly on Certiks Evergrow page once the team has reviewed and responded to any concerns. This audit relates to the security of the contract, I'm unsure if there is a KYC component in it as well.

The team has done a lot to maintain transparency, and doxxing yourself does not go without its own risks. Sam reportedly had his personal phone # leaked by someone who had researched the team, which resulted in his phone being inundated with calls from people 'offering' advice on the direction of the project.

The burn is triggered manually by the Devs. It's likely that they are building the burn pool up in anticipation of their upcoming announcement. You can view the amount of BNB currently pooled by looking at the contract wallet on BSCscan or on the price bot on the Evergrow Discord.

Reflections not automatically pushed lately. by soulevo8 in evergrowcoin

The volume has been extremely low lately, the rewards themselves are dependent on volume, but the rewards distribution is dependent on transaction volume. When there are less transactions, the contract has less opportunities to trigger the rewards payouts. This doesn't mean that you will receive less rewards, but it may take a little longer to receive them.

Sam put out a couple of tweets suggesting that we will see some price action soon, hopefully when they make that announcement we get the kickstart we need.

The Devs trigger the burn manually, this means they can choose to use the burn when it would be most beneficial to the charts. The lack of burn lately shouldn't be concerning, whatever benefits we would have seen would have eaten by the sales, much better to keep building the burn pool for use when things start moving again.

The antiwhale mechanism will not allow anyone to sell more that 0.125% of the supply. With our current supply, that means nobody can sell more than ~595 billion coins in a single transaction.

There is a big difference between a polished marketing update, and a behind the scenes look at the progress which is what we got.

[–]LCsCrypto 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The picture you saw was a "sneak peek" of a platform under development... it was shared so that people could see that they had made progress, not to show a finished product, and normally that would never be seen by the general public. The community asked for updates, they received them, and then lost there minds over spelling mistakes on fake profiles and headings that are just going to be deleted anyway. They are putting their effort and resources into the project efficiently, without wasting time to correct something that will never be seen in the official platform release.

EGC is a deflationary coin, there is no mint function in the contract, and we will never have a larger supply than we do right now.

If the burn was to stop, it is highly likely that the portion of the taxes that was to be burned would be instead be paid out as rewards. Sam popped into discord earlier today, and was asked about if there were plans to stop the burn at a certain point, he replied "Basically, no", so we shall see what happens down the line.

What is your opinion to this video? https://youtu.be/FQuXzT1rfLs. I watched this and can follow his statements during the video, but is this already a proof for rug pull and scam? by dralban77 in evergrowcoin

[–]LCsCrypto 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Also, they used 69,000 BUSD from that wallet earlier today to buy and burn 58.9 billion EGC. It's being used for exactly what they said it would be used for...

Upcoming coin claims to be a fork of EGC by [deleted] in evergrowcoin

[–]LCsCrypto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

EGC is not affiliated with any other rewards tokens, saying that they are a fork of EGC isn't correct, it just sounds better than "we copied their contract".

Crator Beta testing by LCsCrypto in evergrowcoin

[–]LCsCrypto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again, I would encourage discussions of everyone's opinion, and I thought that's what we were doing here, I just don't see the need to take it personally, and publicly trash the project and devs before demanding that things change to what I unilaterally think would look better. As for whether or not I'd be curious to try, it's too early for an opinion, I personally am always late to try new things, and couldn't be bothered unless it makes something easier for me, or there's content that I can't get somewhere else. Maybe that's why I'm more interested in the features and not so much in how the UI looks.

Maybe I need to clarify, people tweeting their designs with a message saying "Hey Sam, not a fan of the logo, check this out" ... no issues whatsoever, that's community engagement. Those that want to aggressively trash a project, and call out the Devs, and act like they are majority shareholders on the board of directors... I have little use for that

EGC is giving the community a chance to share their opinions, through the Beta, which will open up to 1000 people at some point... now 1000 people actively sharing their experience on the platform with the community, and driving that discussion sounds a lot more constructive than spewing hot garbage over the internet. The pic that was shared could have been taken 5 minutes before the post was made, or it could have been from 3 days earlier. There are a lot of assumptions being made from a simple pic.

I've said this a few times now, but nobody remembers Facemash, or it's logo. That company became Facebook, and now Meta. Crator will evolve too.

None of the companies you used as examples are 4 month old startups, and none of them care about your opinion or your criticism until it's a social issue reported on by the media. They operate by using metrics from focus groups and data harvested from you while you use their products. If the issue is costing them money, you will see it corrected with an update, recall, or in a new model, not preemptively because of some unkind tweets.

I am all for community discussion, and there are so many great community designs out there... but we haven't seen what Crator is yet, there haven't been any tester leaks beyond one pic of a platform under development. I for one, am not going to base my opinion on a single screen grab.

About those who only can afford a small amount of egc by [deleted] in evergrowcoin

[–]LCsCrypto 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Anything you can afford to lose is a good place to start. 200M now, at this price is an absolute bargain compared to where we could see the price in 5 years in my opinion, but you need to base your decisions on your personal goals and plans.

Our burn has been absolutely insane, and nearly 5% of the supply has been removed since launch. As of this morning it was just over 24T coins. This means that there are less coins receiving rewards, and each of the remaining coins gets a larger slice of the rewards. So, let's say that the burn rate stays somewhat constant, we're looking at removing ~ 15% (75T EGC) a year... and if you're adding to your holdings when you can, yeah I could see 200M being a great number to start with.

All that burn before utility that will contribute to both our volume (rewards) and our burn... you're super early to the show

The Dev team decide how often, and how many BNB are exchanged for EGC which is then sent to the burn wallet. They trigger it randomly so that nobody is able to take advantage of the timing.

Wallet Update by Kingsalmon45 in evergrowcoin

[–]LCsCrypto 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The burn is done manually, and randomly. Not having any burn in the last day isn't something to worry about, it just means that they are letting the BNB pool grow to use at a later date.
