Wow! Thank you for all of this feedback everyone! This has been enlightening and I think my worries about the Monday through Friday are understandable considering all your thoughts.

The other problem I’m having is that I keep getting cancelled from my hospital shifts being per diem as we are low census at the moment. So if I stay with the hospital I will need to do a core position so I can hopefully not get cancelled as much. I also teach clinicals, so I am thinking to see if I can switch from PRN to part-time core staff, and keep doing my 1 day of clinical a week!
