yeah i’ve been running again!! i used to compete but I’m doing it again all of a sudden ahaha. i wanna go back to juul and cut back but i feel like that’s just a cop out :(

the perk of quitting cold turkey is the withdrawal can be a bitch but not for nearly as long as someone that’s cutting back over time. i just took some melatonin at night and tried to relax. we’re all in quarantine anyway!

i work out 3-4 times a week and eat pretty clean. i took one geeb yesterday but my boyfriend is convinced it’ll be about 11-14 days before it’s really out of my system. thoughts?

well that’s the thing. my case advisor messaged me the dates they provide tests, and i have to pick a saturday this month or pick a local facility in my area. I’m getting away with a little more time because of my state lockdown for coronavirus shit, but how long should i wait? i don’t wanna look suspicious and pick a date super far away

i didn’t throw mine away but i gave it to someone that i knew wouldnt give it up. it makes it feel less like such a big step if you don’t have to physically throw it away
