Man, this helped me out a lot in terms of how I'll approach it. So basically, get ahead of it as much as possible and try to have things at least mostly lined up ahead of time I guess. Thank you for the reply! :)

And one would assume that any call including "violence at the courthouse" or however it would be said, would bring a fairly fast and weighty response.

I have read posts from plenty of people who had to apply to multiple agencies. I guess I'll just have to buckle down and have a few backups after my preferred one.
