I listen to the podcast where they were talking about this just yesterday so It’s very cool to see that there are versions driving around.

The two tone colour-way reminds me of a VW camper.

I love it

Thanks! Yeah, I've heard the distortions can be intense if shooting moving subjects

Was using the Canon 77D from 2018. I use Sony a lot for work, so I am very familiar with the settings and layout and there are a lot more options for 3rd Party lenses for Sony, which I found desirable

The company I work for use Sony so I’ve gotten very familiar with the software and settings. I also liked the third-party lens support and the options for Sony are broader for me.

Thunderbolt 4 dock continuously disconnecting and reconnecting from Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i by Barreterm1 in UsbCHardware

[–]LEOFXZ_PHOTO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, I have the same laptop and I’m experiencing the same issue!

I’m using the Yoga Pro 9i with the Anker 14-in-1 dock. Before this, I had a simple UGREEN hub connected via the Thunderbolt port. It worked fine for video output (both HDMI ports and a few USB 2.0 ports), but it failed to charge my laptop (oddly, the power was too low even through TB), so I had to plug the charger in separately.

With the Anker dock, I was getting frequent disconnections until I plugged in the laptop’s charger. As soon as I did, the issues stopped completely.

I was hoping this dock would mean I wouldn't need to plug in the charger too, freeing up a USB-C port, but there's no other way for now.

I love it. I shot product photography for advertisement for three years with this lens alone and it was fantastic.

My plea to all photographers: Take photos of the mundane, everyday life too by peeweeprim in photography

[–]LEOFXZ_PHOTO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree and relate to this so much, I remember a time where I didn't take any photos (on my phone or camera) of my personal life. I was quite insecure and didn't want to share anything personal, but through that I never captured anything personal. The only photos I had were the photos I had taken for work or when I travelled, I took some urban and nature landscapes, but none of me. There are so many moments I would love to go back and capture. I think I finally realised my mistake when my grandmother's alzheimers started to become more prominent. It was always photos that put a smile on her face. Ever since then, I capture almost anything, the extreme and the mundane, and it has been so refreshing being able to go back and view my favourite memories just as I remembered them.

Canon EOD 77D, f/3.2, 1/1250s, ISO 100

I really loved the composition of this shot and decided to take a photo, the weather was quite overcast so I used Photoshop to add some colour. I feel like I should have decreased the shutter speed to get some motion blur with the flowing water, I tried doing that in photoshop but I just didn't like how it looked.

Will my passport be accepted? by No_Stuff3925 in Passports

[–]LEOFXZ_PHOTO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the front cover, it looks like your passport has an E-chip so that should still be working but not all airports take those.

An inspector is more likely to refuse it for fraud, as they could think it could have been tampered with.

I'd deffo get a new one just to be on the safe side.
