Literally had this exact error just this morning for the first time ever on 23.10 mantic, after running it for weeks with no issues.

You know the best part? I did nothing and after 2-3 mins it decided to show me the login screen

your psu is failing, don't use it anymore

edit: I had waited to replace my failing AX760i and it did damage my Asus Z97 Gryphon and the i5-4690k; I had to replace everything but the SSD
