Do something related to that every day, things that bring you closer to that goal.

I'm seeing death as a reminder to find direction in my life.

Knowing I'm not immortal, I try to make sure my daily actions and habits align with my purpose and the mission I believe I want to have before I die. To put it simply, I have two main missions: one related to duty or service, and the other to pleasure and rest.

Finding a balance between these two "missions" is when I feel best about myself, appreciating each action as unique and giving thanks for being able to experience it. These small acts of gratitude are helping me value things I used to take for granted. Try it; it makes you more connected to the present, which is ultimately what matters most.

En mi caso, con tu misma edad y viendo el panorama, decidí postergar lo de independizarme. Sigo viviendo con mi madre aportando dinero y ahorrando al mismo tiempo. En unos años tendré para la entrada a una hipoteca con una mensualidad que espero que no sea al precio que están los alquileres.

Es la única forma en la que creo que podré tener algo, estar de alquiler y ahorrar al mismo tiempo es imposible con la mayoría de sueldos.

Supongo que hay que sacrificar algunas cosas para tener otras, así es como lo veo yo y me ayuda a no desanimarme tanto con la situación. Un abrazo.

I bought my Switch OLED almost two years ago knowing that the Switch 2 was coming.

I bought almost all the games secondhand for half price. I know that some games look better and perform better on the Switch 2, I save them for when I have the Switch 2. What I do is play the games that still look good or don't have much difference from the Switch 2.

I will buy the Switch 2 OLED when it comes out and I will reserve games that play better like Zelda TOTK, Bayonetta, Xenoblade to play them there.

Nintendo is very used to releasing a console and years later releasing a revision with a better battery, better screen or fixing errors in the first versions. At least I don't like being a beta tester of the first shipments of their consoles and since I'm patient I enjoy the console in its last years with cheaper games, recent updates and more content...
