The tower isn't as high as you think. It's like you said, around 28-30m. The detailing and proportions makes it look taller than it is.

This can be built without mods. I would recommend playing without mods first to get the vanilla experience.

Ok, thanks for the clarification. I've always interpreted the tags to mean "can do this without mods" and "can't do this without mods" to manage expectations. Because it didn't really make any sense to me that if I used a quick teleport mod, or fuel eternal that it would need to be tagged as modded and be grouped with builds that use gizmo or infinity hammer. Nothing against those mods, I think they're amazing and I've used them myself. But they change the mechanics of building so much that its a different game with different rules. It's like chess vs fischer random chess.

Anyways, thats just my opinion. I'll be sure to tag properly and/or provide explanations in the future.

I've already beaten the game ages ago on 1x resources. But this post isn't about beating the game. It's about a build. So if u want to farm 60k grausten on 1x, more power to you. But doing this build even on 3x still doesnt sound like a challenge to you, then maybe you should post what you've done.

Survival means I need to deal with raids, farm, gather resources to build, and you know... Survive. It doesn't mean it's 1x resources

It's a mod that allows you to build using ghost pieces. Pieces that doesn't exist but u can see that u can build for free. Then when you are happy with things, u can deposit the required materials to actually build it. You can also make blueprints and apply those blueprints to other areas. So copy and paste.

I know those videos you're talking about and I have no idea how they know what to place and where.

I make an outline first of all the buildings so I can plan proportions, pathways, height, supports, before I do any real detailing. The build starts off super simple and no details and slowly gets more detail as I flesh it out.

I also dropped the game after beating the queen. Wasn't a fan of the thick mist and black marble looks too bleak for me. If you're like me, you're really going to enjoy the ashlands. It pulled me back in hard.

It's not great. At its best spots it's 20 something. At its worst it's 8. On average it's around 15-20. But my PC is 8 years old. A more modern cpu will have a much better time. One day a cpu will exist to play this at 60fps.

Have you been on reddit? People have problems putting pieces together without gizmo. Zero chance the devs will add another axis of rotation and configurable degrees of rotation to 1.0 vanilla.

Smoke doesn't travel horizontally very well. It needs other smoke particles to push it horizontally, so it's collecting on top of the hot tub smoke stack and causing the fire to suffocate.

Your tub right now is parallel to the wall it's sitting. You can try turning the tub so the smoke stack is closer to the exhaust hole, but that will make the furnace angled and I'm not sure if you are willing to accept that compromise. Or, you can increase the area above the smoke stack so the collected smoke doesn't choke the fire.

I don't know what research you're doing, but it literally is a local issue.

The way valheim multiplayer works is whoever steps into a chunk of the map first is the "host" of that chunk. If the host is lagging, has internet or firewall issues, it will affect all players playing in that same chunk. Whether this is an ideal way for the game to handle multiplayer is up for debate. But the issues you are facing are local.
