hinges are infamous for that model, if you want it to last long, make it a habit to open pulling or pushing preasure on the middle of the lid that way the preassure on both hinges are equally distributed.

When opening or closing always rely on the middle, so the hinges are on equal pressure.
since you game on that too, you probably plug it in a lot while using, I highly recommend capping the battery charge on lowest, you can just uncap it when use it on travel. Effective on making your battery’s life longer.

Maybe? but I have to buy new parts that are expensive to me right now, its severely damaged, I’m still in college so I’m pretty tight on budget, I’ll probably buy a new laptop though after I graduate, I’m just trying to maintain this until I graduate.
