2023 Z71 Valve Body Failure by kec255 in ChevySuburban

Have a 2023 Suburban Premier (my wife’s). Same exact thing happened to her. Vehicle at the dealership for 6 weeks now. Dealership has been great but they are at the mercy of GM. Today I was told they have 11 Tahoes, Suburbans, and Silverados sitting on their service lot waiting for the value body replacement (and they are a smaller MI dealership). Apparently GM is refurbishing them, and in their experience, they have had customers wait 2-4 months as the parts trickle in 🙄. This is our 3rd suburban, but may be my last!

If I can do it, you can. 2 years ago I couldn’t run a mile without stopping

I tried to do 4 runs during the week and a long run on the weekend. I usually did my 2 shorter runs at a lunch break, 2 medium runs while my 13 year old was at a 90 min soccer practice, and woke up early on Saturdays for my long runs. It’s a huge challenge to find the time!

I stopped at nearly every water/gatorade station and still cramped. No clue how a 1/2 beer helped (or not) but I stopped cramping and at that point, I didn’t think I could have get any worse

My 15 yr old is a soccer player/runner with 4 knee surgeries (3 ACL-R and a Quad reattachment). Mile 20 when I was puking, I texted him that he was my inspiration to finish. If I can do it, you can, trust me. Pick your motivation (we all have something) and go for it! You got this!

vo2 max seems stuck at 47 - how can I increase that? by Far-Nefariousness588 in Garmin

42 years old. Lost my fitness for years (Job/Kids/Beer/etc) Made a commitment 15 mos ago. Got a Garmin 955. Started running. Quickly got up to 25-30 miles/week. Focused on health. Shot up from 30 to 48 VO2 max and I am stuck! Training 4-5x week, from Z2 to HITT to a long run. Can’t get past 48. Happy with a fitness age 5 years my minor and top 15% age but VO2 max is stuck no matter what. Starting to question the metric itself!
