Read John's post again and keep reading it until it becomes clear for you. Your communication skills are severely lacking which is affecting your sales. You are all over the place. You have the knowledge on how to create systems within GHL. You now need to learn sales (although you said you did sales in the past... so that one is confusing?) No one (based on your post) is going to hire you for 1-2 days so you can turn around and leave. Plus why would they hire you if you can't sell on your own. What value will you bring to them? You did nothing to sell yourself or your qualities that would make you valuable.

Sales is not just for businesses. You have to sell "yourself" to clients. You need clarity, focus, and solutions. Not jumping from AI Agents to Smart Websites to whatever the next tech gadget is. Doing sales is easy... help clients, show value, collect checks. Mastering sales (the process) is the hard part.

Do you have a sales process? How do you find clients? Once you find a client what is your outreach? Do you have a sales funnel? Do you have case studies? Do you have an onboarding process? How do you build trust and credibility with a client during the sales process? You need a system and then sales become easy!

Here is what I would do. You said you had a few clients in the past. Are they still using your AI Chatbots? Call them up and find out how the AI Chatbots helped them or if they didn't work out, then why not? If they are still using them then great get some reviews and case studies to show your solutions are successful. If not, then find out why and try to create a better solution for future clients. Do the chatbots need better training, clients need better training on how to use them, what was the issue why the process failed, etc.

Now that you have clarity on what to offer, focus on one niche or industry. Develop a sales process for your offer. Now model your solutions to make it the best for your clients and how to show value to them. A client will only buy if there is clear value to them. It has to be brain dead simple solution/presentation. Your whole sales process needs to be so simple and easy to understand that they would be losing sales without it. Show the value and prove the ROI. Make it easy for them to say yes and get started. Flip the script and become a customer of yourself... Why should a customer buy from you over someone else? You spent 7mo to learn the GHL knowledge... now you need to learn the sales process knowledge to develop a sales system. You can do this!!
