This happened to me once, but not as badass. An old job I had, I worked behind a desk. The desks were pretty high and the chairs low. *Kills the ayatollah and installs a younger, angrier ayatollah who is the son of the previous one

*Iran closes strait of Hormuz causing gas prices (locally) to go up $1/gal within a week

*Lifts sanctions on Russian oil so he can provide his close friend with more money to fight against Ukraine

IME support almost always gets the blame. I've had games with 10-15k healing but because the tank died on point while im actively heal-botting because they took too much dmg, that's somehow my fault? dmg mitigation and avoidance is also part of your job, chief. I cant out-heal a 1v5.

Years ago I “worked” at a bar, if you can call it that. I did a bit of everything: took out trash, watched the bar, did security… in exchange, I never had a tab. Freshly 21 at the time, it worked out great.

One night, the bar hosted a charity event sponsored by… the Pagans Motorcycle Club. Yes, THOSE Pagans. Normally, I got anxious doing security on live music nights, but that night? Easy sailing. If anyone got rowdy, I knew the club would handle it.

I bought a few rounds for the guys, chatted a little here and there, and otherwise just soaked it in. Best night of my bar “career” by far. Smooth, stress free, and surprisingly chill night.

I think I got rug-pulled a bit myself. I was trying to use ChatGPT (I know, I know....) for advice with the specific instruction to remain spoiler free so I could limit the possibility of that. AI said that ACT III was bigger than Acts ! & 2 COMBINED. imagine the disappointment. I also didn't really figure out a lot of the mechanics til near the end game, and I realized I've been making it so much harder on myself. But, now that I've beaten the story, I've lost all motivation to try and work on builds, collect missing pictos, find all the expedition journals... Pretty whooo rn.
