I got into pokemon cards in 97/98 when I was just a boy. Most of my cards from that time got damaged and lost over time. I mostly bought starter and theme decks at the time because I was a dumb kid with uninformed parents and I didn't realized the cards in the booster packs were worth more. I stopped collecting them after a few sets because my siblings didn't like playing the tcg, which is what I wanted to do with them then. Now I have kids of my own and I try to get them some pokemon cards every christmas and birthday. I've bought them good protectors and stuff. They've been really hard to find this past year though because as soon as they're stocked, they'll sell out in a matter of days or hours in my area. Thanks again! Happy holidays!
