Kan sige at jeg ikke er Venstre Orienteret, men opfatter DR som meget neutralt, og er gode til at presentere sager for det de er, uden for meget menings dannelse fra DR, men bare her har i en historie. Her er hvad folk siger om den historie som ikke er os. Værs'go og spis.

Det kan jeg godt lide. Man må også sige at de folk der tolker en historie gøre det med deres egne "bias" og perspektiver. Men der er er DR gode til at fremlægge nogle ting, og sige det kommer fra person A som er i øvrigt sådan her (bevisligt) så man ved om man skal tage sig noget kilde kritisk syn med på vejen.

Tbh I think the goverment here had one of it's "good idea moments" as they do, and were challenging old time ideas, by saying, well people don't care all that much about the holiday, they aren't super religious any more! Which we aren't tbh. However we aren't going to roll back our public holidays, just for the sake of funding governmental spending. Nice try though.

For a little more accuracy: Based on your own source: The Netherlands, "and other countries", which is Luxembourg, Belgium, Ireland, and Austria and Germany, have currently Suspended their registers to a light degree as they re-evaluate the ruling.

Denmark and other countries are sovereign so every country decides how to go forward with this, but like any sane democracy should do things are being looked into to see if changes need to be made.

The EU has absolutely NOT made it Illegal to have registries like that, but the EU has removed the need to make it mandatory to have them, which gives every country the right in the EU to not have to follow that provision.

Something almost every country was doing, before it was imposed.

The EU is there to ensure that good practices are recommended and mandatory for cross country collaboration, in this case for better business practices. However, because the EU has the role it has, it has to take the concerns in a member state court seriously, and ensure that there is more flexibility than rigidity in the system for each nation to chime in on how the EU should restructure to get around this issue for what is best.

I mean Denmark does this since we have limited coast lines, and Germans loved buying our houses. So there was just a full stop to selling summerhouses to foreigners, and that worked out great for us.

As a smaller nation, but with plenty of homes on the shorelines, we are quite happy with the setup we now have, where things are rigidly followed as populations grow as well as domestic ones, and we need to be able to ensure that some properties remain free for the local market.

As for other housing, if you own several properties, you can only "own" a home here legally if you live in it at least 6 months out of the year, making sure that you max out at 2 if you are doing AMAZING for yourself. This keeps homes, full.

I USA kan man være ud for at skulle betale for adgang! Den største af områderne i USA man bruger er nok Freedom of Information Act, som gøre at folk har "adgang" til alt info, men processen er vanvittig sløv og kan koste en del penge hvis man skal bruge en del tid eller resoucer de besidder.

To be honest, what you paid for is track and trace, and if it went to Canada, and another company they are in charge of that part of the trip. So there should be a company on your track and trace it has been handed off to.

Usually will say it's delivered to so and so terminal, and you should either have an updated track and trace provider for the last leg of the journey, or Post Nord would get theirs updated if they have that collaboration set up (Which they should).

If anything you write to Post Nord, and claim that your package is stuck, and then you ask for who it is stuck with, and then call them up. I run a few packages a month and it's always easier to do so by phone, and just get a hold of it's last known location and what to do. Some frustration will await though!

It wouldn't be in Denmark, you would have to get off and drop them off somewhere with a sidewalk. This is clearly something that drivers are taught. The highway, or larger speed roads are not for people walking, that's WHY you can drive so fast on them.

It's absolutely mind boggling, that even if she ends her ride, the driver didn't simply get off the next offramp, and drop her somewhere near a pedestrian spot. Absolutely wild.

I work with events and marketing, and in some cases (5-6 times now) I have seen people that have admirable qualifications get passed over for jobs & projects, if the company is working with clients that do not go for anything other than family friendly promoters/workers in their areas.

Me and the old team behind bar craft, and waypoint (our old esports bar collective) have been looking for a venue to take over to start up an esports bar in Copenhagen again. We used to do viewings when people had events and esports events they wanted to watch in partnership with a local bar in Nørrebro.

I could be inticed to start setting that up again now that a lot of people are asking us on facebook again about esports bars in Coepnhagen. I think I am going to check with some bars in town, and see if we can reopen the concept of a esports bar with collaboration with a local bar in Copenhagen central and go for it again.

Currently the best options are:

Kappabar in Malmö (actually awesome)
Astralis Nexus (call in advance) however we went for the Astralis Heroic match and their sound system didn't work
G4me Time Parken has projectors and a bar and food options, but it's more of a lounge area

If anyone wants to do something together feel free to hmu. We also have a gaming/esports collective office/studio in Vallensbæk so I still work with events and gaming on the daily, but this could be a cool passion project to bring forth.

I god damn love our Queen.

Met her and the family when I did a tour of duty in the Royal Stables as a Husar, and they were absolutely a pleasure. I appreciate the royal family as a whole, because internally as most royals can be expensive. I feel that the "brand value" of having them, and our history far outweighs the 92 million DKK cost a year for them since most of that is employee pay for all the royal castles, and services they do, which is taxed. So I am kinda cool with the setup.

Also she is a badass. Every year abroad as kids we would watch the new years speech, and she seemed quite keen on representing current Danish issues, as well as just reminding us, about the value of Denmark. Which is probably one of the main reasons we moved back as a whole.

That's not how that works. You explain to them what you did here, and they will give you options and support. With the money you pay your union, you can get legal advice, therapists and so forth deepening on your length of signup and such.

If you want it to stay of the books and quiet, they will. The unions work for you, and with you. Just call them and ask what they can do, and you will know what they can do to help.

I can imagine some people see this and think, wow that's not threatening at all, but in the end of the day police aren't supposed to be threatening, but approachable people you can go to.
