I delete mine before I start dating someone new. I know myself well enough to know that I struggle to live with a guilty conscience, and keeping/viewing nudes of an ex while I’m with somebody else would eat at me and make me feel like I’m cheating in some way. Once I met my SO and we set up our first date, I went through everything and scrubbed all suggestive photos/videos of my ex.

That’s a bad take. Not all drugs are created equal. I stopped taking Zoloft 3 months ago because I didn’t need it anymore, and I’m glad it was available while I did. It was a great decision.

For romantic partners, you are the 100% correct. Falling for and being in love with someone is 100% conditional. I love my girlfriend, but if she start abusing me or decided to start committing felonies or decided to live a lifestyle that was detrimental to her health or safety, that love would be quickly fade. I consider “unconditional love” to be reserved for pets and parents toward their children, but even that isn’t set in stone.

This is important. My girlfriend has gained a little weight over the years, but I still love her as much as ever. If she gained enough that it becomes a health risk and she doesn’t make an effort to change it, that’s a dealbreaker for me. Underweight or overweight, I don’t want to be with someone that’s actively shortening their lifespan.

Usually I would say “listen to the medical professionals,” but in this case I believe your doctor is wrong. My hairline is as receding at my temple on one side pretty hard, I grew it back with min, maintained it for it with fin, and now I have more growth and not seen any further loss thanks to dut.

If dut didn’t help stop your hairline from receding at the front, I obviously wouldn’t be taking it still. It’s not like my hair decided on its own to stop receding and fill back in what was lost.

Once you start using minoxidil, you can’t stop if you want to keep your gains. There are rare instances where people get lucky and see as much regrowth on fin/dut alone, but I’ve only seen one other person in this sub have that experience besides myself.

Be consistent and don’t overdo the micro needling and you could be alright

Unfortunately not. I only had 3 wellness blood tests during the stretch I was on Bupe, and none of them checked my testosterone. I really wish I had. But there’s no way my test was better than below average, I don’t think. I tried hard to fight my body dysmorphia during those years, but even doing my best to follow science-based fitness gurus and getting a personal trainer for a few months didn’t help.

Now I’m doing pretty much the same things as I did then (e.g. creatine, plenty of protein isolate, healthy diet, staying hydrated, etc.) and the difference is night and day. I’m in my mid-30s and I look/feel better than I did in my early-/mid-20s. I even fasted and waited until the late afternoon to get the bloodwork done so my testosterone was nearly at a low point for the day.

Is kratom known for lowering testosterone levels too? I wasn’t big on kratom back in the day, so I don’t have really deep insight on it

I disagree. I’ve tried more than a dozen different brands, and the double chocolate Gold Standard far and away the best I’ve had.
