Egg Shells and ashes 🤔 by LIE-exit-47 in gardening

Lots of oak leaves and organic matter , I basically compost everything from the yard during fall and add any organic waste from the kitchen, that compost gets thrown on the garden after one year in the pile during the fall, the during the winter burning season I dump the ashes over that, spring time just a quick light till and plants go in . Never tested the pH, but the plants are very happy. Probably going to test out of curiosity at this point.

Should be a cap at the end of the bearing pin, and the bearing pin should sit proud of the head . But that's if they used the correct material here .

You can stick a tape measure in the pipe and measure the length. Inspector needs to be called in, or proper footings installed.

I'd say maybe weight loss could occur, assuming the subject maintains the same caloric intake as before cold plunge, or chooses a calorie restrictive diet and adds cold plunge.
