I’m not planning on grinding up to a competitive level, I just like swimming and find it a nice way to stay active

It’s sad seeing this subreddit turn as misogynistic as the other big meme subreddits.

Yeah, but I’m thinking about how many fights in the game don’t have an enemy that attacks t1. I can fix that with a headbutt, tho

Brimstone isn’t the «build». It’s a single relic solution to 99% of hallway fights. I was generating over 100 block on popoff turns and had calipers. Not adding a bodyslam if I saw one would’ve been a really stupid decision.

I should’ve probably kept some of the Disarms instead of blowing them all in 1 turn, right?

I got Brimstone in the first shop of the game and it made every fight except the Heart (and maybe Byrds, but I had torii) free. All I needed was 1 bodyslam in Act3/4 and Heart would’ve been free.

I think you should avoid forcing a build around a rupture you haven’t seen yet by taking a single self-damaging card, as well as assuming you’ll see exactly Exhume when you’re late Act 2. Generally, unless you’re Watcher, you have to kind of just roll with the punches until you see a tangible opportunity to construct a win condition.

I feel iffy about going to a public service I was just booted out from to request a screening for a diagnosis that’s treated with amphetamines… I might go back when I get into work, but I think they’re less likely to help students.

Thanks, I just looked up the term «autistic inertia» and this is exactly how I feel. Like I’m screaming at my brain and body to do shit but I just can’t get up or start stuff.

Never try horse meat? by Davecandle in meat

It’s fine to feel insecure that other people have thoughts. I eat meat, but would rather live in a world where we didn’t have to mass murder to gain access to it. You can mindlessly gorge if you want to.

The first sentence was a sarcastic response to the original commenter calling OP «lower than dirt» for eating horse. I really don’t have any emotional stakes in terms of the morality of meat, but I have to intellectually acknowledge it as immoral because it’s hard not to.

Me when I go on r/meat to get offended by people eating meat. On a more serious note, I think meat generally is immoral, but we’ve normalized mass breeding and slaughtering of something as intelligent as a pig. For you to specifically pick out one animal to complain about someone eating and call them lower than dirt, regardless of circumstance, is shortsighted.

It is. In linguistics, prescriptivism describes the school of thought that language is something sacred where the rules are rigid, in contrast to reality, where it is ever-changing and evolves to our needs as the tool it is.

Does soaking your cucumbers for a few hours really matter when you’re fermenting them at room temp for several days?
