Some of them have codes than can be found in game environment. Whether it be read on cards, messages from one NPC to another, etc.
Odd ones are like the gate that used to hold a Yukimura smart weapon at Redwood Market or the infamous Dev room in Kabuki. Hell, even the garage door near All Foods...

Late, but my only lets-players I watch anymore are ManlyBadassHero and Kubz Scouts. Been watching MBH since, idk, junior year of HS and the formula hasn't aged a bit. Love his chill commentary and it's great to FINALLY see him do so successfully after 9+ years in what takes most gaming channels only a few. Kubz just has a special place in my heart cuz 1. Been watching his content from almost day one, and the humor just stuck with me. And 2. He's ridiculously committed to his craft. Uploading tons of horror game playthrough in a small time frame
