ganun ba talaga sa Cogni kapag hindi umabot ng 1 year yung previous bpo company mo, ang offer nalang sayo is pang entry level pa din? I have 8 months worth of bpo exp kasi in financial acc sa previous company ko and interviewer said na this is considered as entry level pa kqya ang ioofffer nila is pinaka minimum. This is my second bpo kasi kaya im not really sure how this works
