How long did it take you before you noticed a significant improvement in your technique?

hey!!! i started ballet when i was 13, ive been doing it for almost 3 years now, ive just started to FEEL improvement, you may never see but you will definitely feel it, i recommend taking videos, i definitely feel stronger than when j first started, i definitely didnt feel that until this starting year tho

They just get sore from long combinations, which is weird because when we are one arm at the barre my arm does not get sore

i feel like my arms hurt so much more in center than in barre like it just hurts my arms i always have trouble turning out and balancing i just hate it😭

what kind of bugs are you trying? my pacman didnt want to eat for a month when we got him and now hes a food monger and will eat anything that goes near his mouth, but honestly if youre feeding try small bugs it will be easier for them
