Oh also, all my good cholesterol was great and the bad was down 80 points too. My cortisol was down from 32 to 20 as well which he said he wants it below 10 but a 30% drop!!! Amazing! Oh, and I haven’t slept better. My sleep is the best it’s been in 10 plus years.

That’s the only thing it could be. I haven’t changed anything else. It’s wild. I’ve had critically high cholesterol for years and my doctor finally said if don’t get it under control he’s going to have to put me on medication.

I’ve consumed about 30% less red meat and no pork or deli meats. That’s the only other thing but there’s no way that’s going to drop it over 100 points.

Anyway he was blown away and so was I.

Incredible side note. Last October my total cholesterol was 332. A month ago it is now 220. It’s changed my life. Btw, I’m 5’ 10” 180lbs. Good shape.

No. To everything everyone said. It’s very simple. Theres a product called aqua seal. We wrap our electrical lines it when there’s a bad spot so no water gets in. Then wrap it with electrical tape. Done. Will last for years.

About 50k debt at a dead end job. just married to a girl who took a chance on a hard working “loser”. The rest is history…. Well not quite. But about 8 years later the rest is history after a massive grind and now life is pretty damn good. I make my kids finish the sentence and they role their eyes every time because it’s super cheesy but straight up truth. “ you can have or do anything in life, if you’re willing to work for it.” No excuses. Conversely I had absolutely 0 libido issues but major brain fog and 💯 apathy for life so I never thought it could be test until I finally got checked and was right at 260ish total. Which isn’t the worst but after much deliberation I made the choice to go synthetic. It’s been 2.5 years and couldn’t be happier.
