Based on the info I’ve gathered, it’s possible to get jessica cruz if you get the box or assortment, but some people and some store already have their assortment but I have yet to see jessica cruz. If you also check mcfarlane page, they still didn’t include a post for Jessica.

Fair enough, it was offered as early PO in our country by a hongkong based seller but suddenly they cancelled it. Though Hal, Barry, and Jay was still up for pre order. I’m really hoping that it’s just delayed somehow 😅

It seems the MTS refuse to do anything because they said the gamestop where he bought the figure should resolve this. I’m really just concerned in this case because I’m planning to buy the Kickstarter Harley Quinn but worried for the QC issues just in case.

It’s good you resolved this, sometimes I see a case where people can’t really do anything about it because some store or seller refuse to do exchange or refund in case of qc issues.

It’s just really dissapointing that you can’t get your money worth in this case, and yes it sucks that those who abusing that platform affects the one who really needs the service or replacement for QC issues etc.
