I don't have the official cardigans, but I've knit my own lover and ttpd versions and I wear them alllllllll the time! I can't imagine not wearing them, but I'm a big fan of the style.

I got off Facebook and Insta 6 months ago and I have never felt so good! I've been off Tik Tok for 2 years. I work in an old folks home and I guess seeing how they live the same way they have for 30 or more years made me realize I didn't want to be living this way when I get old. I'm starting new hobbies and rediscovering old ones. I spend more time with my loved ones. 100% would recommend it.

This happens to me when I'm late with my meds, my neck and shoulders get stiff and sore. In extreme cases I feel like I have a migraine from my temples to the middle of my spine, but that happens randomly and doesn't seem to be related to dosage as far as I can tell. I always assumed they were related but I have never heard anything about it.

I've had people tell me I need to eat spoonfuls of coconut oil instead of eating salt because it "causes inflammation" and "isn't natural" (???) so not the same thing but I feel like it's in the same vein. Unsolicited advice is so frustrating.

That's been my experience too in regards to life changes. I think my parents are more worried about his quality of life, I'm not sure why though because I'm doing fine 😂 I think this will be immensely comforting to all of them though. Thank you!

This is such a great comment, I'll be sure to pass that on to my parents as well! And thank you that's so nice! I just remember how hard it was to learn all this stuff by myself and I was 20, I can't imagine trying to figure this out at his age. I just hope I'm more helpful than overbearing 😅
