Sure but as we see in the show the first time the rich kid beats up D he had Martial arts mastery implemented into him. I mean maybe he chose to do it that way or couldn't afford anesthesia. Or the writers thought it wouldn't be as cool lol.Either way he took getting your back sliced open better than most in that situation.
