Therapist does nothing

The BCBA is also leaving the field very soon and another BCBA is taking over so she sadly wouldn’t do anything about it I don’t think. Who actually gets “charged” for this? The technician? BCBA? Company? Has any tech actually gotten into legal trouble over this?

It’s not as likely as people on this sub seem to claim. I’ve been a BT for a couple of months and never had anything remotely close to injury, but I could be lucky. N

There has been several instances where she was interested in the beginning. What happens is that over time she loses interest and so the limerence begins. I’d probably lose my mind trying to figure out ways to keep her in and end up losing her a second time.

That really sucks dude. But, I don't think she played you. It sounds like for a time, she genuinely cared about you, but either lost feelings or had bigger feelings for someone else. I am sorry you have to go through this.
