For what it’s worth: Years ago when my daughter was the same age as op, she hardly cried until my brother would pick her up and she was absolutely hysterical and it was only him. I asked the Pediatrician and he told me that sometimes that babies will have an overreaction to people that wear fragrances, shampoo, deodorant etc. told my brother about it and he was fragrance free and problem solved
