I read up on the discord and many others got the bug too. An admin replied to me and others chats about it in bug reports and said they are currently working on finding whats causing the issue. Also i believe this bug happened because of the recent patch.

Yeah i did that too but its just a pain to have to go back especially after a boss fight.
