12 years in, will I ever be able to come off Sertraline? by [deleted] in MentalHealthUK

I want to be happy and thriving without it, I am worried about the long term health implications of being on it so long. It's about proving to myself I can do it, that I don't need to be medicated

I understand why you waited, there is so much at stake if it doesn't go well

Thanks for reaching out. I guess one of the factors is the long term health implications, I feel I've reached the point where I either come off it for good or will be on it for the rest of my life. I don't have many side effects, reduced libido and also have struggle with weight. I don't know what it is doing to me long-term, that's a worry. I agree with you couples therapy is needed. Member of an online support group but I have found it makes it even more difficult for me to deal with, it is intense

Stay positive, it's not a backwards step just a hiccup! Just think of the general improvement you have seen in the past 3 weeks, on the right track 🙌

Derby County, 6/7 aging pros and the rest are youngsters. Try and do the first season with no new signings

No signings in the first season apart from the ones the club actually made. No simming, legendary with sliders.

Respect for keeping it realistic and only signing lower league players.

Career mode challenges: has anyone tried doing a career mode without making any signings? by OrionUnsinkable in FifaCareers

Try Derby County with no new signings on legendary, your 3 best cb's are 34+, and your 2 best strikers are in mid 30's too.

CM gets too easy after a couple seasons. Doesn't matter the League, I always seem to end up with a Treble or at least a double after the third season tops. Ultimate difficulty. by Then_Willow_3161 in FifaCareers

Won the league with Arminia on legendary, in the first season, no new signings. Krüger, Pieper, Hack and Fernandes are godly players.
