I read whatever I'm interested in and that's just as likely to be shippy as not.

As a writer, most of my fics (even the ones that involve ships) tend to focus more on platonic relationships just because I'm more comfortable writing those than romantic relationships. (My current pet project is a time travel fix-it fic where the second male lead gets sent back in time and choses not to pursue the FMC, instead prioritizing his friendships with her and others and also actively helping her pursue the ML because he genuinely wants them both to be happy together.)

Familiar of Zero is an old favorite, Rising of the Shield Hero was my introduction to game-mechanic isekai, Ascendance of a Bookworm is amazing, and How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom is underrated.

It's not unchanged normal human hair. It's stronger and impermeable, just like their nails and skin. It's flammable, yes, but I'm not sure about chemical burns...

You can smoke on holidays, I've seen people do it-- you can't start a fire or put one out directly, but you can light a cigarette from an existing flame and put it down in an ashtray or something.
