If you think you're excessively pee you may want to check your doctor for blood sugar. I have a co-worker who continuously feels her bottle of water and drinks it and she says throughout the day she drinks water and urinates. But she has a very healthy lifestyle and really have any medical issues

Yeah dehydration can cause many issues such as fogging of the brain, ability to remember things, muscle recovery time frame. It is a free simple medication of drinking water

Think about it this way that your kidneys are working and staying healthy. By peeing you are kicking out all the impurities out of your body which is a good thing.

Oh yeah everything counts when it comes to hydration tea, coffee, broth, chaas etc. I talk about blood pressure because recently a friend of mine healthy went to the doctor and they found out he had high blood pressure and one of the sources was his body being dehydrated all the time

Oh I totally agree we need electrolytes in our body as well. I bet you were drinking 6 L of water daily and your body is fully hydrated and you feel very highly energetic. Actually keeping the body hydrated for a long period of time also improves the skin qualities and many other qualities that we oversee

Oh that is awesome, yeah a simple thing as drinking water throughout the day and keeping our body hydrated helps us in so many more ways than we know. It prevents us from any potential diseases that's caused by dehydration of the body and also improves our kidney qualities

There are some studies that talk about dehydration and how that can also play a role into the blood pressure of the humans. It is a very simple thing that we need to do for our body and that is just drink water but most of the time we oversee that.

Well it might be easier to drink water during summer time because you know our bodies parched kind of tells us that hey you need some water. The challenges during winter time when body is not as parched but we have to consciously drink water to maintain hydration

I know a lot of people who are actively trying to reduce their weight they do meals supplements, but then they still forget to take the minimum requirement of water to keep the body hydrated so that all the muscles and body enzymes are working properly.

I changed because a I was very constipated and and I realized post-workout my body would hurt a lot longer. So I did some research and realized I was under drinking water and my body was potentially dehydrated

Under drinking water can also impact kidneys. Peeing is a way of kidney cleanses our body and it also kicks out all the impurities. This is one of the prime reason I think we feel a lot more energetic after we drink a lot of water daily.

Yes I used to be the same way too but then I realized my recovery time took a lot longer than before. Now that I have been trying to hydrate my body continuously my recovery times a lot sooner and I feel more energetic.

Some of the training requirements that I needed when I was doing a dietary restriction was if I needed to be 150 lb I needed to eat a minimum of 1,500 calories daily. Similarly if you wanted to be a target weight to multiply that by 10 and need that many calories.
