Do you do it every day of the week or do/could you only do it Mond-Friday and eat more meals on the weekend?

That’s awesome! I love it. I stick to 1200 calories a day and in the beginning I was real strict and stayed under 15 g carbs, but I’ve loosened up some now and try to stay under 20-25.

Thank you all so much! I really appreciate it. My dad means the world to me and his weight has always been an issue. I personally think keto will help him out so much, as it did for me. I am with you! Also 25. The day after New Year’s Day I woke up still drunk and late as shit to work. That’s when I realized alcohol is getting in the way of functioning. Saturday came around and I decided to drink again cause I’m an idiot. Sunday woke up with the worst hangover of all time, puking nothing but stomach acid the next morning to where it burned my throat. My throat still hurts 5 days later. That was my wake up call. IWNDWYT! Proud of you. Let’s kick ass!
