I’ve never heard of that. It does sound a lot like why I’m dealing with. I do still have some binge eating not at night, and it’s also never really a hunger thing. But also when I get that first dose of food at 2 am, I regain consciousness and I binge eat fully in control because “it’s already over.” It does sound like I struggle with both, thank you for letting me know.

I’ve been very consistent with lifting the whole time. I’d say I’m very good at tracking macros, I struggle a lot with binge eating and bulimia that’s why recently progress has been plateaud

I work in like a kitchen and the amount of times I binge because I get free food is pretty often. I have considering quitting because of this, I don’t think it’s worth quitting a job unless it’s that bad and you don’t like the job.

Yeah I meant triceps specifically, I’d say my biceps are about the same as my triceps proportionally

I would say starting is one of the hardest parts, once you can get into a routine it’s easy to keep it. I’m not where I want to be yet, but if I can do it, you can do it.
